The above telephone number is to be used by tenants living in properties we manage throughout the Northwest who have a genuine emergency situation. An emergency situation is considered;

The majority of property repairs can wait until the next day. Our emergency response service is provided as a goodwill gesture to assist you with a situation. We cannot guarantee an immediate solution. Sometimes parts or equipment may be required or the services of a specialist contractor employed. This is not always possible to arrange during the evening, night time and weekend periods. Occasionally we manage property for Landlords who complete their own maintenance. In this event, we are sometimes restricted in the support service we can provide.
