O’Connor Bowden Launch ON THE MOVE Property Bouique

ON THE MOVE – Property Boutique is an award winning and highly successful boutique estate agency founded by husband and wife team, Annabelle and Phil Jones who pride themselves on selling the very best homes in the very best way.

The latest venture sees Annabelle and Phil joining forces with our own husband and wife team, Stephen and Tracey Bowden, who co-own O’Connor Bowden, a group of Lettings and Property Management companies with an office already established in Romiley. The existing O’Connor Bowden office at Bank Chambers, No1 Compstall Road, Romiley has been stylishly refreshed to incorporate the ON THE MOVE Property Boutique brand and unique style.

O’Connor Bowden Director, Stephen Bowden said “We felt Romiley was missing something different in the Estate Agency market. We believe Annabelle and her team at ON THE MOVE, working in conjunction with our organisation, will bring a fresh and innovative approach to selling homes in the area.

To celebrate our opening. we are having an open day on Friday 13th September. There will be lots of exciting activities including a ‘Key To The Door’ giveaway where “House” keys will be tied to railings around Romiley village on the afternoon of the launch and locals can pick a key, bring it to the new branch and see if they have the lucky key to open the prize box with a £250 John Lewis voucher inside!!

Local businesses of Romiley are invited to enjoy a glass of prosecco and canapes at the opening whilst they get to know about our services.

Our event coincides with “Foodie Friday” in Romiley, a gastronmic food and drink festival where 1,000’s of local people can sample foods and drinks from all over the region. This year ON THE MOVE Property Boutique have sponsored a live music stage for the event.

On Friday 21st of September ON THE MOVE are one of the main sponsors for Made In Manchester, a major music festival being held at Romiley Cricket Club.

ON THE MOVE has also adopted The Wellspring, a centre for homeless and disadvantaged people in Stockport, as their charity of the year and both their Gee Cross and Romiley offices will act as drop off points for any practical donations.
