The combination of our “One-Stop-Shop” for building services enables residents to access the benefits of affordable domestic cleaning services for their homes, which also helps to maintain property for our investors clients.
Cycle & Car Parking
We manage a number car parks and cycle stores within developments. We often extend our services to sourcing parking spaces and solutions for residents, especially for residents at developments where on-site parking is not available.
Continuing with the theme of “creating homes where people want to live and choose to stay”, we often provide a “Valet Service” where residents, through our concierge, can order food deliveries, dry cleaning collections, floral displays, taxis and vehicles hire, adding a little extra help for busy people trying to manage their busy work / life balance.
Our facilities team operate a works order system for routine contracts through to unique one-off repairs. From the moment a job is automated, ordered or reported, our systems track the progress through to completion. The history of all works completed are maintained on specialist systems and reported back to each client or management company.
Industry regulated, insured sub-contractors are used for the maintenance and servicing of specialist equipment and health & safety management, including; lift servicing, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, water management, electrical safety, security, HSE, Fire and other key risk assessments.
24/7 Emergency Response
To protect the building and homes within all developments, we provide a 24-hour emergency service available seven-days-a-week, 52 weeks of the year. Key coverage in security, criminal activity, fire, water leaks, loss of heating or power.
