  • Compliant Tenancies

    O’Connor Bowden prepares and correctly execute an assured short-hold tenancy agreement for each property as part of the move-in process for each tenant.

  • Property Inventories

    A statement and condition inventory is written and signed for each tenancy alongside a photographic record of the property at the point of handover.

  • Deposit Registration & Management

    An agreed deposit will be paid your tenants as security damage against your property and tenancy performance failures. The deposit is registered in accordance with current legislation and held by the Deposit Protection Service until its satisfactory release.

  • Rent Collection

    We manage the process of monthly rent collection, reconcile payments made and make payments to you each month with your Landlord Rent Statement.

  • 24 Hour Emergency Response

    To protect your asset and provide a support service to your tenants, we provide a 24-hour emergency response service in the event of a serious failure such as water leaks, loss of heating or power.
